The stupid oracle

How do i interact with it??? ive tried using the emotes everywhere but it wont say a thing...

You have to have all four stones already from the Necropolis, and you have to be on the small landing on top and behind the large circular area. After you finish the quest, there will be a woman standing up there with whom you can speak. Stand in the middle of the image on the ground, and then use your emotes to speak one of the "YMCA" symbols (yes, he does the Y-M-C-A), and the Oracle will speak to you after each emote.

Yeah i have all the stones, and noticed it was YMCA, but just couldnt find the right place to use them
