Vampire killings spoiler

Im doing " Information at a Price" quest for the mages guild. I killed all of the vamps in the cave & the vampire hunters, then went back to the argonian to talk to the Count, but she said he doesnt want to talk to me because the vampires arent dead yet. I killed 9, but I cant find the 10th one.Im not getting a journal entry saying I killed them. Sometimes I see a red arrow pointing at the cave,but it leaves and I dont see it again. Where is the 10th vamp?!!??!!?
