In the toolset, there is an attribute that you can add to weapons,
like in NWN1, it is termed Holy Avenger.

Does anyone know what it does to the weapon that has the attribute?

Does it make it the same as the longsword Holy Avenger in the OC?

It gives the weapon Holy Avenger properties (like the longsword Holy Avenger).
