What the f*ck is going on with Interplay and Bioware? Lawsuits and financial problems... this is very, very bad. What would this mean for Neverwinter Nights? I am eager to know more of this strange situation.... I don't like where this is going...

This question has been adressed ealier.
My main opinnion is that we need not worry (hopefully) because Interplay should only be the publisher, and BioWare are the deveolpers. And unless BioWare goes "belly up" I consider it unlikely that the game wouldn't be publish at all.
