try resting in that room. the fight with the cult should start again and the orogs may talk with you after. the duel is in a room just SE of that fight. it is locked until the orogs invite you in.

I saved here, and I've tried replaying from this point several times. Things don't seem to always happen the same way - perhaps this is a "feature" (a bug with seniority).

If after the fight you head down to the bottom room quickly (right after the Orogs disappear?) then the Orogs may come out and you get into the "duel" straight away.

If you try to sleep straight after the encounter then nothing seems to happen (note that the tent stays green).

If you go away (another level?) and then come back (tent is yellow), if you go to sleep in the top part of the main room (near the chests) then you will have another battle with the cultists on being woken. Again head down to the bottom room quickly.

I did just like you said, slept and got woken up by the battle and have fought it 3 times now but they STILL don't come get me for the duel. Other than gaining a TON of experience from replaying the battle over and over, it is begining to piss me off.

Just remain at this same room where the battle is.........then rest there, even if its not safe to rest there. do it anyway!

Normally the orogs group will appear, and get into that duel......

walk every inch of that room and youll spot the room where you will fight their champion and obtaine the helm cleaver. it shuold be the southern part of the room.
