NWN2 deleted content?

NWN2 deleted content? [spoilers]
(Phew. Spewing threads like mad today.)
Attention - possibly some spoilers to be stumbled upon here
The only place I've seen any mention of NWN2 deleted content so far is the [url="http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page"]NWN2Wiki[/url]. It mostly talks about scrapped dialogues and subplot details, such as a couple of Sand-Qara-related conversations, NPC-related tidbits, scrapped romances, and several Elanee-Merdelain-related conversations that seem to have been brought back in 1.04.
Does anyone know more about this? Is there a more extensive list somewhere? (Google isn't being all that helpful
