I could cast wands (cone of cold) twice in 1 round. When I get the spell, is there anyway I can recharge a wand??????

Have you read the manual? Does it say anything about recharging wands?

Short answer: no.

Mind you, BG2 didn't say anything about recharging wands, either, but you could sell them to a merchant for a quick charge up, then buy 'em back. I haven't seen any alteration in the stock you sell to the merchants in PoR, though.

Of Course it says nothing about recharging wands otherwise I would not have asked the question.

Yea, There are ways to do various things that may not be intended in the game. These are the things I am looking for.
