A have read, that I won’t be able to add or remove companions until I’ve reached Neverwinter.
Can somebody tell me, if I will be able to remove all my companions then? Is it possible to go through the rest of game (after nwn) completely without them?
Thanks for any answer (and sorry for my english).

No, there are a few places where you'll be required to take one of your companions with you.

Thank you for answer. I wanted to play offical campaign with my friends in MP, but after few hours when other free computer companions joined tha party and we were not able to remove them, we were frustrated and forced to stop playing :-/ (too many characters, chaos fighting,...)
So if there is no chance to play even part of campaing without them, its bad for us.

you can cheat.
Use the console to cheat and remove your companions.
I also played multiplayer and found myself overcrowded.
there is a kr_roster_edit command.
I forgot what it was. GO to the walkthrough in gamefaqs.com to find it.
IN fact, I used this cheat to get out of a really lousy bug before.
But as always, save often and in different slots!

To sun_facer: Thank you for this "cheat"! If it works, I will be happy. Question is, if game with this intervention goes well and I wont have to load every ten minutes.....(?)
Someone else, who has experience with this? Or who has another tip how to play official campaign with no pc companions?
