HELP!

How in the heck do you use wands?
i remember answering this in another recent thread, but anyway, here goes:
you use the item TWICE. first time to equip it, the second time to actually use it. "Use" means pressing 'I' and then selecting your wand.
the same goes for spell-imbued armors and weapons.
