Stuck on Gem for Dragon Back

I have been given the quest to find the Gem in the Dwarven Hoard but do not know where to go and look of rit. I have cleared almost all of the areas that i can get to, 4 catacomes, Myth Dranor and 3 Dungeons. I have also donet he crypt area. Where is the gem that you are supposed to take to the Lady North of the Speaking Post (Myth Dranor). I assume you take the gem to her 1st then to the Dragon Back place pased the loced gate.

Hes in the house of gems, north of the ruined garden.
