Wong ho where is he?

I talked to xio and she said go look for him at the red dragon. I did and could see nothing. The only people there is the old woman behind the bar, the young woman full of blood, the waitress and lu fang whos drunk! I asked the waitress and she said hes on the second floor. I can see no stairs anywhere
Anyone know?

There's a button on the backside of the lil' deskthingy the hostess is standing behind.
Press it and the rest is pretty obvious.

As stated above, there is a hostess near the front door with whom you can speak, who will let you into an elevator, just to the right of when you walk in. Or you can press a small button on the back side of her stand and an elevator door will open.
When you go upstairs, proceed directly forward to a small office with sliding doors, open the door and Wong Ho will be there to annoy...I mean help you (lol).
