Please help! I have both: vampire cure and information at a price in current quests. No matter which one I activate Hal Luirz always says "The count is on his way. Please wait here and be patient." I have waited there a total of 3 days game time. Nothing.

I cannot complete the mage guild quest or vampire cure. I've tried everthing I can find on the net. Command humaniod, no effect, charm, killing her (knocking unconcious). Tried to find the count on my own, but suspect he is with the wife.

I am on Xbox 360, and any help would be awsome!

Perhaps you killed the count?

Try looking for him in his quarters. Pick the lock on the door and you should be able to hunting for him.

Not really sure about glitches on the XBOX, so I can't help you much. Sorry.
Played the PC version myself.

Thanks for the tip, but he's not in his quarters. I don't remember killing him, but I suppose it's possible.
Perhaps the count is stuck in the hidden room with his wife. Do you know a way to get in there other than Hal Liurz?

No, the only way to get in there is for her to open the secret door for you.

Heh, welcome to the forums.

In my experience, the count appeared two hours, game time, after I spoke to Hal Liurz. Maybe he is stuck in the secret room for some reason.

Now I need support from the good count to help Bruma. Alas, he is in the hidden room with his wife. As shown by a red marker. Hal still has the same story, but no count.
If anyone knows of a way to access the hidden room that would be great. Otherwise I'll have to start a new game.

Thanks for the reponse Phillygirl41, but have I not been able to give the cure to the wife as Hal will not take me there.

A couple days (gametime) after I first talked to the guard while trying to find the Count, in search for a cure for vampirism, I was down in a cave in Oblivion fighting giant spiders, Daedroth dinosaurs and those crazy Lightning beasts... when all the sudden this cloaked figure ran into the scene and started boxing everything alongside my warrior....

When we had finished slaughtering the enemies, he talked to me and I realized he was the Vampiric Count.

IDK WHY, but for some reason I didn't have to wait for him at all (not that I waited, clearly I went out on an adventure instead of waiting for him), old dude went straight through the portals of hell just to find me himself, lol.

Maybe in Villian's case, the count probably got stuck in a hole somewhere searching for his PC.

hey villian i had the same problem... i had to repeat the vampire cure mission about 5 or 6 times because i would go to his castle and his butler would tell me that "the count lies within, please do not delay" then she would walk outside and walk to the upper part of the wall and continuously walk into the wall...i waited for days which was hard because my disease kept getting worse. she constantly did that..finally she walked to the right part of the wall and opened up the secret passage...so you just have to keep doing it...it got really annoying for me but by the time i started my second game i was an expert at it ;P
