cant find last sephirat ch 2 (possible spoilers)

I've gotten all of them except the one you're supposed to find at random. I can't find it anywhere, been looking through the town a couple of times, and the swamp as well but i can't seem to find it.

When I had gathered nine of them I talked to the PI. He then gave me the last one. I don't know if this is the random you speak of though...

That is the one which is mentioned as "random" in the notes.

I need the one from the Golem in the swamp. I have no idea how to activate that thing.

Talk to Kalkstein about the golem and later on with the druids. Shouldn't be a problem.

I don't have any dialogue options for the golem at Kalkstein.

Turn over both books to kalkstein, return to the swamp and talk to vaska then back to kalkstein. See a a blacksmith then go back to the golem and either wait for it to rain or talk to the druids.
