where can I find Sword of Eye (I need it for opening "Tomb with Platinum Trim")

first off, u don't need it to open the tomb. u need it to RETURN it to the tomb.

r u still in the dungeons? cleared it out yet? finished up the whole surface area yet? keep playing. u have a long way to go before u find the sword.

where is Sword of Eye ?
