Is there any reason to keep Ramsmeat alive?
I guess this means does he show up anywhere or cause and effect?

I had completed chap 2 & 3 with him left alive after the Investigation, in chap 3 he was no where to be found, then I started chap 4 and was not in the city any more, so I am thinking we may not ever see him again, if we did leave him alive.
