is there a quest connected to this cult?
I have cleared the area, so I´m just curious, cause haven´t found anything spec ial there, or did I missed something?

I've not found a quest for it no. You can find references to the cult in books and on a note you find in the sewer, but as said - no quests that I've found (yet).
