Hello,
may i ask what is the content of the holotape of the Mutant Lieutenant
at the Military Base which he drops when you kill him?
i cannot tell as when i try to "open" the tape, i get a msg which says
that content is already in Pip-Boy.
Could it be "Mutant Transmissions" or "Richard Grey's audio tape" ?
