Eastern/Oriental Party

Anyone tried making a party made up of a majority of adventurers with Eastern philosophies and or class mixes??

Monk is a must, but perhaps a rogue/sorcerer combo and a ninja char(Rogue/Ranger). A Warrior who wears light armor and uses finesse over strength a la Samurai??

I realize its not an oriental style game and all but with the way you can dual class freely and throw the feats in there it seems like it would be doable.

Any ideas/thoughts?

Sure, it seems all right. A Barbarian might fit too (a la Genghis Khan).

Oh, the horror that people think that Samurai = finesse. Not more so than a medieval European Knight.
As for your question: a Paladin's ethos actually meshes quite well with the Samurai's, so he might be eligible for your party.
A fighter can be any kind of warrior.
A Cleric with a bow might be some kind of Shugenja.

A samurai is all finesse. :) did nobody ever see "The Last Samurai" those guys had hardcore skills

you might consider a Monk/Rouge multiclass high dex and wisdom for high AC you could throw in 2-3 levels of sorceror once you get to HoF and this could be your Ultimate AC 72 Char.

Movies aren't a good source to base your knowledge on. I don't say they don't have finesse, or dexterity, but not more than any other capable warrior. Originally, they were mounted archers. Did you ever shoot with a longbow? Requires quite some strength.
