Does anyone know where the Dragon Helm is, please dont tell me its in some chest.

You won't find it in a shop. I doubt you'll find it as a boss drop, but maybe (I have not fought all tier 3 bosses, but there is where I would think it could be found). You can find it in a chest, either in the Irythinbal maze or in the Dreadoth temple.
