i got the Wizard Torc and fixed it up with the gem that the dwarf at gem factory gave me.
So i went to the gardens( dont remember the full name) part of Myth Drannor, east to the Windrider's glide. I approached the square platform at some circle there, stepped on it, and fell.....into the ancient dwarven tomb, i cleared it all out, but unfortunately i was unable to fine the entrance to the Catacombs, only to the Halls Of Stone. Where do i go to get to the Catacombs???

The entrance to the catacombs are not near the garden. you have to go to some kind of theater with a big circle in the middle. it is near the left side of the map near the place where all the planet spheres are.

I'm still not finding the Catacombs entrance, or I don't have an item I need to get into the Catacombs. is the entrance a set of doors or is it in this big building with a circle. there are two doors I can't get through--apparently they are "barred from the other side" somehow... there are a number of buildings, but none that have entrances or stairs or anything like that. one building has a staircase, but it is blocked off by fallen stone (I'm guessing it's just there for decoration). any ideas?

All you need is the wizards torc, then go the arena and whoop you get a portal....

have u cleared out the House of Gems yet? the ghost of Harldain will tell you how to get to the catacombs.

ok ya know where ya first start when you get to that main myth drannor area? in front of the hall of wizards?

go all the way to the left of the map, but dont leave that map, (ie: dont go to windrider glade or anything like that) Its on the far left, near the top.

Looks like an ampatheater.. sorta.. half circle of risisng steps/seats.

Ya shoulda killed some margoyles there i believe. just have the torc on ya and it'll do its thing.
