where can i buy spell scrolls

There should be atleast 1 person in each local mage guild in every city that sells scrolls, but there's ones you can learn or those that you can only cast on hand. so keep an eye on the loading screen if you're playing the xbox version - that'll tell you where which types are usually sold at. Otherwise you may loot 'em off of bandit mages or necromancers.

well i needed more than one since my magicka or w/e is too low but i ended up duping them
