path of sight ACT II

i killed all the fire elementals and picked up the 3 fiery hearts.
i know i have to use them to light the braziers but when i use one of the braziers it simply says that it remains unlighted and sandra jerro adds that maybe i forgot something. in the other hand the fiery heart doesn't have any "use" option.
what should i do?

Problemish
I have the exact same problem. Atm im aggravated for finally patiently going through the game to this point and now, for some reason I cant get further cause of this. If anyone has anykind of info on this, how to override the bug. Skip it or anything. Would be hihgly appriciated.

Not alone
I too am stuck with the same problem. Usually what I find works for a lot of problems like this is to load an earlier save. Unfortunately my only save before it is at some point during the city watch quests, so not really an option for me. If I find a resolution, I'll post it.

I don't remember ever hearing about this problem before, but now three people have it, so I wonder if it has something to do with the latest patch. If you have a lot of time, you could try uninstalling and re-installing the game (without the patches), and see if that helps. The only thing I don't know is if you'll be able to load saves from a different version.

Might be the patch
I've scoured the Haven approach for any sign of life and completed the other two tasks without a problem. Last time i played the OC would of been over 6 months ago and I didn't experience this problem so it could be a patch issue. Going to reinstall and play it without the patches and see report back if it makes fixes the problem.

Actually, I remember seeing it before. What I can't remember seeing is a way to fix the bug. Unfortunately...

ok i will try to uninstal motb and to play it only with basic nwn2 without patch...
