Dawnfang/Duskfang (SPOILERS)

i used the search function but i didn't come up with the results i wanted.
I was wondering if Dawnfang/Duskfang the best longsword in the game or is there a better longsword?

Personally, I think custom made Daedric longswords are better. Here's my reasons:
1) You don't have to worry about not being able to hit ghosts.
2) If you add elemental dmg like 20+fire or shock plus soul trap for 1 second & you have that Azura's Star, then all you gotta do is kill (creatures only) and recharge your wep.
3) And finally, if your Armorer skill's on expert, that's added dmg to the sword when repaired

the sword umbra is a good sword if your not useing mods ot is the best sword in game

Please use our search function for that, as I know it's been asked and answered, before. And the site owner doesn't want questions repeated in the thread database. Says it can lead to an avalanche of repetition, and really slow the board down.
