hi everyone - does anyone have any advice for fighter with khelgar, bishop and shandra in party when fighting war hounds in moonstone mask after leaving Tavorick? keep getting mashed 10 seconds after they appeared - have tried searching forums with no joy......!

Hmm, have you considered a different party configuration? It seems to me that your party consists of mainly tanks, and lack casters. Try including Sand or Qara to either disable the creatures or deal massive damage to them with a single spell. Another good way to overcome tough opponents will be to use a healer. i.e. Elanee or Casavir to help buff up your party. If all else fails, then... God mode.

Let Cassivir do the tanking as much as possible. The key is his Divine Shield feat. Also, use Bishop and Casivir to buff, they have spells like Cat's Grace and Bull's Strength (well, if you are playing with them you prolly already know, but some people miss out ranger-paladin spellcasting becouse they don't have spells initially). Also, I'm not sure but I think Cold hurts those hounds well, so cold damage weapons may help.

Another advice would be knockdown. It can really be a life saver.
