Is there anyway to exorciese the Oceanside Hotel (therefore freeing the spirit of the mother) and still be able to have sex with Jeanette ?

Not with the official 1.2 patch. The possibility might be there with some of the unofficial patches though, iirc, but I haven't used any of them.

I think in 1.2 it's possible to have sex with Jeanette regardless of the pendant as long as Therese is killed in the end. In the plus unofficial patch you get one more chance before their final facedown if you have a high enough Seduction feat...Tiberius wrote:Not with the official 1.2 patch. You end up failing two quests and coughing up quite a bit of xp in exchange for a sex scene where you don't get to see anything. 
May thrill the kids but not really worth it from a mathmatical perspective. :laugh:
