IWD w/ HoW & TotLM: which patches?

Do I need both the HoW (v1.41) AND IWD (v1.06) patches, or only one of them?
Any recommended mods/tweaks/fixes, ect.?

on the 'Downloads' for the IWD section of this site, it says if you have only IWD (And not HOW) then to download/install the v.106 patch. If you have the IWD + HoW, then you revert to the v1.41 patch.
I didn't see anything about v1.41 being for TotLM also, it maybe, but Im not certain. You'll have to see if anyone else knows.
