When I find him in hut on the southern most part of thanatos island, we talk and he reveals himself to be Nasrudin. When I talk to him again, it repeats the same conversation! I read in a walkthrough he should give me a quest, and a movie should show or something afterwards. Nada! The last thing he says is "In all my glory, or whats left of it." Is this a bug? Please, I don't want all my time and effort I've invested to be wasted. I'm level 47, playing a dumb-ass half-ogre. Intel is 1, could that be why?

um, the most important factor for dialog choices in most of these rpgs is intelligence, so if you decided you wanted to get as much out of this game as you possibly could, then you really should have given your character a higher intelligence.

On the other hand, I do remember their being a spot where I couldn't get a quest done for some reason, I don't remember where it was though, because it has been so long since I've played this game. If you have a save from just before you enter the area, try loading and then doing exactly as the walkthrough says.

Yeah, I've tried saving from a previous point, no dice. I've even uninstalled and patched it again... perhaps I should try uninstalling and trying without the patch? Bleh, this is really killing me... I have the level 127 mod too, maybe thats messing with it....

Uninstalled, attempted with the a clean install, nothing, installed patch again nothing. My characters 49 btw, doesn't seem like this thing is going away.... hmm. No one else experienced this? When i find Nasrudin doesn't update anything, when i talk to virgil after talking to Nasrudin he still says we have to look for his "remains"... it's like the game doesn't detect that I've completed the quest to locate Nasrudin and I'm stuck in limbo.. can't acquire the next quest because I haven't finished this one, although I've found the guy. This is really upsetting. Hope someone can shed some light on this matter.

Hhmm... Virgin talking about finding his remains... Maybe you're on the wrong spot? Maybe it isn't time yet to talk to Nasrudin?
