Anyone know if there are any feats in NWN2 MoTB that require character to have 25 str?
Can you list them here?
I know that there is 25 DEX (or 21lvl Ranger ) feat so what with STR?
25 STR feats?

Take a look in the manual. There's quite a few feats there.

Hm... I've been reading through the manual faster than I should have. There's not really that many feats that require strength at all (so "quite a few" isn't correct).
The only feat that require 25 strength is Thundering Rage. Other than that there's Epic Rage that require 30 strength. There is a number of fighter feats that doesn't require a high strength, though.

So my Deep Gnome Ranger(21)/warrior(6)/barbarian(3) won't be so bad with STR 22

Prerequistes:
21st level, str 23, cleave, great cleave, improved critical (chosen weapon), power attack, weapon focus (chosen weapons).
Benefit:
When using the chosen weapon, you deal +1d6 points of bonus damage on a succesful critical hit. If the weapon's critical multiplier is x3, add +2d6 points of bonus damage instead, and if the multiplier is x4, add +3d6 points of bonus damage instead.
