haven't you ever thought abouyt increasing the diff of the game? I got an idea, why don't you play a hardcore mode? You set autosave_on "0", you don't use quicksave, absolutely NO SAVES, what is done is done. If you have to quit the game, then you save, but after coming back, you erase the savegame and play. If you fail, new game. Simply, just like Diablo II hardcore [=

I'm gonna try this and I'll let you know about my progress. I'll choose my clan randomely by simply hitting number keys in the poll of what clan you will be. I hope I did myself clear enough.

The only problem is this game crashes like bandit. You really need the autosaves.

For a big challenge I'd suggest playing through only with your starting armor.

Or only use the equipment you can salvage (that is, never buy anything from a merchant).

Or pick the most offensive dialogue option for every conversation.

Or play at extremely low humanity and/or masquerade.

Or any combination.

But I gotta have my autosave.

BTW, one way to keep "score" is to record how much cash you have at the end of each game. When I first started playing I'd end up with only a couple of hundred dollars left in my pocket. Now I commonly finish with $6000-$7000 easy.
