I am standing on the pressure plate shooting at the hole in the statue but whether I use the Arrow of Extrication or ordinary arrows they always fall far short of the target. They land on the floor in front of the steps.
As far as I can see I am doing everthing according to the book but there must be something wrong.
Can anyone help me please?

Make sure that they arent narrowlyglancing off the ceiling. Highlight to read SPOILER: And be prepared once you get it, because the two statues come alive and attack you. One on one it's easy, but I got 2 at once.By the way make sure you loot the living crap out of that place, because it has some really nice stuff. I also thought it was mildly amusing to go straight from eerie dungeon music to warm house music.:laugh:
