Is there any way to add Air Essence or other ones by console?

Try this one:
giveitem cft_ess_airX where X is number from 1 to 4 (from Faint to Radiant)
For other essences just change air to fire etc.

Hmmmm It gives me essences but they aren't working in the recipes and they don't have discription. It only say that "This essence is shining with light". And thats all. They look diferent then these I get in game.

That is because you are getting the old version of the air essence, I think. To get the correct one, try using the toolset to find the proper item codes. It should have been changed for MotB.
