Teleporter Problems?

Has anyone else run across problems with teleporters not activating? I saw someone posted this question about a month ago, but no one knew anything at that time. I have been playing the game sucessfully with patch 1.6 (I am on a PC) up until just now...I have run across several teleports that just, for the life of me, won't activate...
Any thoughts?

Are some teleporters activating and others not, or have teleporters just stopped activating completely? I'm wondering if maybe you stashed away or dropped the teleporter activation stone, and if that's what is causing the problem. When I played the game (back a patch or two ago) I didn't have any problems with the teleporters.

Ah Ha! Yup, teleporter stone stashed in chest to make room in my inventory...that would do it. Thx for your help!
