ok i need to know how long it takes for any plant to respawn cuz atm im tryin to wait for the redwort flower to grow back so that way i can get 20 of those and 20 dragons tongue so i can get re admitted to the mages guild. so does ne one know...

I believe most plants respawn in 3 days.

i dk i waited like a week right near the redwort flowers and they never respawnd ne more....

Most locations in the game ( I believe it's actually all places, but I'm not 100% sure) will respawn if you've been away from the cell for 3 days. Cell basically means loading area, though it can be kind of hard to judge based on the way the game is open. So if you stand next to a bunch of flowers for a week, nothing will change. If you go somewhere else, wait 3 days, and then go back they should have regrown. The same is true for caves, dungeons, city areas, etc. Nothing respawns unless you leave the area and stay away for at least 3 days.

Please use search in the future for something like this. Searching on respawn would have given you an immediate answer.
