How do you mouselook around your character? (i.e see what it looks like on the front)

To my knowledge, you can't while you're playing except while dancing, but you can by bringing up the character screen.

As far as I know, using Wesp's patchs you can move the camera to various positions and zoom in and out using the keys in the Num Pad of your keyboard. I usually reconfigure those in the autoexec.cfg file because I prefer mapping those keys to other functions. :)

Look in the install directory of your game, and look for a folder called "Vampire" and then "cfg", in my case it's:

C:\Games\PC\Games\Shooter\Vampire [The Masquerade] - Bloodlines\Vampire\cfg

Look for a file called "autexec.cfg", I strongly suggest you make a copy of it in case you mess up, simply select it and press [CTRL+C] and now press [CTRL+V] and a copy of the file will be created.

Now open "autoexec.cfg" with Notepad and you'll immediately recognize the different camera-key bindings there, play with them to your liking, always taking care that you don't bind some camera keys to other keys already mapped to other functions in the game.
