Invisible Attacks in Targos

All of my characters are being attacked in Targos (upper and lower). I have pause on attack turned on. But nothing happens besides all the messages.
Has anyone else seen this?
Is there a way to fix this?
I have both the Ease of Use and Gibberlings Three Tweak Pack installed.
