Looking for Builders

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post this here, but it pertains to the game.
I'm interested in creating a module for NWN2, but unfortunately, I'm completely incompetent with the toolset. I was wondering if there was anyone on this site who is fairly skilled with the use of the toolset able to work with me on a project.
If you'd like a background story of the module, I have one. I also have outlined areas that I need, characters that need to be made, and other things. Just PM me. Thanks!
