a question and a problem spoiler??

HI... i got two things i want to ask one is in the OC and the other one in the toolset.
I saw in the feat database a history feat BLESSED OF WAUKKENE or something were can i get it? without using cheats or creating a module.
and now for the toolset the blueprint menu is gone!
i dont know how to make it pop up again. its gone completly i tried to reinstall the game but it still gone.

The "Blessed of Waukeen" feat is a bonus some people got for pre-ordering the game. The only way for most people to get it is through the console.

I have the Gold Edition, not pre-ordered, and when visiting the merchants where the "B of W."-feat mattered, I got the ability to pick it as a dialouge choise

I think it might have been included in the MotB expansion as well, because I found out - suddenly after having played the game for a couple of times - that I had the feat on my last run though the game.
The only thing I recall having changed between then and now was the installation of MotB.

I don't have the pre-ordered, or the gold edition (unless the store I bought the game at did the pre-order and had the games lying around for over a year after release), and I did have the Blessed of Waukeen feat before installing MotB.

Blessed of Waukeen was added into the game via a patch shortly before Mask of the Betrayer was released.
AFAIK, you still don't get Merchant's friend without the LE, or using the console...

Ok so that brings my hopes up a bit xD. another quick question:
In the OC theres a merchant sammy or timmy i forgot in old owl well CHAPET 1 or 2 she gives a quest to find podered adamantine i think
where can i find it
p.s you can get the quest by asking question
