I know this topic has probably been done already but I'll post it anyway. What do you look for in the opposite sex? Personally I am attaracted to guys that ride Harley's. There is just something about them that.....well *ahem* you get the idea.

Thats why i don't flirt on the net, because i prefer to know a person rather then meet somebody on the net.

@Thorin -- Isn't it possible to get to know someone by communicating with them on the net? Like pen pals?

Loner raises a good point.
I feel I need to do a retraction.
Whe I look for girls, I first check to make sure they are Women (Unlike an un-named Sleepy person on this board

) Then it's all about their attitude, and perception on life.

Someone who doesn't deceive you, misuse your trust or abuse your friendship by laughing behind your back is good enough for me.

I look for open minded, intellectual, and self confident men (not self boosting, just people who are comfortable with their personality and looks). Not so different from what I look for in a female or male friend, actually.
I also look for a nice @ss

That doesn't matter so much in friends

I look for a vision of the world like mine.....
And the eyes are the most important part of the body...they cannot lie

Oh no? As Lawrence Olivier once said, "Sincerity is the most important attribute an actor can have. And once you can fake that, you've got it made."

Hmmm, I don't know, what do *you* think?
@Gwally - well said

@Georgi: Sorry, I feel like I just ate something sickly-sweet...
The problem is, who can say they haven't lied or misrepresented themselves (even just a little bit) over the internet? It takes a butt-load of trust to be willing to
actually meet with anyone from the net. Its great when it works out, but the risks can be too high.
What do I look for in a member of the opposite sex? I've said it before, and I'll say it again: An honest, open, appreciative smile.

(Oddly, however, I don't think I have a very nice smile

)

Well I'm a pretty simple guy, so all I look for is "the one"
And as for that internet thingy - it can be a blessing and a curse (more often the latter). And yes - I'm speaking of experience

I agree

But the chances are there.
Flagg and Chrissy is one great example of it happening the right way....still there will be 20 more example's of what could go wrong.
In this world there are
perverts and with a smile on their face they will rip your heart out and then kick you out of the way. I wish this wasn't true , but it is.

Yes, who'd have thought SYM would match up one couple, never mind two...
