is a way to change the time back i didnt really train all my men right an i need more time to be the best of the best they r just good an i havent finished rebuilding the kepp i have been just going in an out the keep an doing other stuff so i just want to know if there is a way to go back the % on the time..i was told when it hits 100% i cant do anything else an im at 97% help plz.

As far as I recall the time factor is based on your advancement through the main story, so there is no way to change it back.

For the "good part" - I do not think it matters much in the end, except you might face some more harder battles, but I'm not sure. But the keep content is mainly there for fun of it and doesn't affect the main story all that much.
