Armour Upgrades

i have a question, i have put "Energy Shielding Mark IV" and "Armorweave Underlay Mark V" in the same piece of armor. each of these gives 30% energy resistance. now do these bonuses stack (to 60% resist) or dont they?

Generally yes I think they do, but as I remember, armor has max limitations in each catagory. haven't played it in a long time and my XP PC is down. I'll check on it when my PC is back up.
