Spare demon's hearts

When asked to get the demon's heart for poering the planar sphere, I got far more of them than required. I am wondering if there is any use for them, or should I just dump them. I know that one can be used in Watcher's keep, but you get another one there anyway.

If you have the ItemUpgrade mod installed, the demon heart allows you to upgrade Celestial Fury into a more potent katana.
Aside from that, no, I don't think there are other uses.

If you have Item Upgrade mod, Keldorn's Hallowed Redeemer can also be upgraded to a +5 weapon with the Demons Heart. I havent seen any use for it otherwise in the original game..
