I play as a paladin. According this website you need to do the following to get into the radiant heart: "First, once you defeated Lord Jierdan Firkraag, the Red Dragon, and grabbed your Holy Avenger, Garen Windspear will tell you that he has arranged a meeting between yourself and the Prelate of the Most Radiant Heart. When you go and see him, he will welcome you in the Order and direct you to your contact standing in the middle of the Main Hall."

I defeated Firkraag, and grabbed my holy avenger. I talked to Garen who told me he has arranged a meeting. There is nobody standing in the middle of the Main Hall.

However, i cannot find this prelate. When i enter the radiant heart building in the temple district i meet a person who tells me they need a non-member to deal with a fallen paladin. I assumed i had to do that quest first. But when i was done i only had the usual dialogue options with him (being able to only ask about the shadow thiefs and Irenicus etc etc).

Nobody else in the building gives me the umar hill quest or ask if i want to join the order. I have really talked to everyone. So where can i find this prelate of the radiant heart? Is this some sort of bug?

After Anarg and the Cup quest, you need to talk to Sir William Reirrac who stands alittle south of the 3 knights in the main hall., afaik you don't need to talk to the prelate.

Also, the last quest in the paladin stronghold is to kill firkraag.

PS: you need a high reputation as well, to enter the Order of the Radiant Heart. At the very least a 12+.

I once succeeded in being awarded the stronghold - completed the tasks etc - then couldn't find it!

where exactly is the entrance to the stronghold?
