I am in the asylum but I see no one to offer me passsage on their ship what is going on?

You have to complete the tasks set before you. At the end of your stay at the Asylum, you will be given a choice to go with Saemon or go through a portal. Go with Saemon to go to Sahuagin City. If you want spoilers reply and ask for them, but there's no trick to starting the Asylum quest. It's critical to the plot.

I was about to post nm I found him in asylum one but oh well and I would also like to mention the slayer change post that I never got the option to change into the slayer is this normal?

nm when I finally rested I got the message but another probelm the horn is not in cyric's room?

Cyric's room? You mean the pirate's mistress's room? The horn is in there, on a table or in a chest.

I had a problem finding the horn the first time around, too. I would go into the lady's house at night and she wouldn't be there, which meant the horn wasn't there. It took a few days of resting before she was actually resting in the room and I could get the horn.
