Do quest specific items, like keys and runestones, work when needed if they are stowed in a bag of holding? I am working ToB Watchers Keep right now and my inventory is getting rather full. I haven't tried it, just wondering if anyone has?

They do, most of the time, however, there are times when the game does not recognize the items and you might need to take them out of the bag.
