Shadow Horses?

Can anyone please tell me where to find the shadow horses?

I'm not sure if they're what you're looking for, but you can find some sort of undead horses at the necromancer towers.

unfortunatly those undead horses are the only horses capable of dying :/
However if you are looking for the horse with the horns ((on the back cover of the xbox 360 cd case)) That's a ridable Orc lizard found in some big orc camps ((like the one north of windbreaker village))
Or if you are talking about the black horse there are some places to find them.
