Although I dislike cheating **possible spoilers**

I hate bugs, glitches and poor scripting even more.
During the Bounty Hunt quest in Chapter 2, I took what I considered to be the option a good aligned character would take, and let the Minotaur Zor go free.
Because of this, and because aparently the game designers seem to have an "all or nothing" mind set, there is no way to finish this quest, and rescue an innocent, as Kendrick has no dialouge options where I explain what happened to Zor. (I remember fondly that Baldur's Gate games always had options for when quests went in directions other than what the quest contact intended, they never simply "dead ended")
Thus, by making a good choice as opposed to an evil one, I have no options of another act of good.
So, my question is, like Baldur's Gate had GateKeeper & ShadowKeeper which were monumentaly useful in fixing glitches like when a completed quest failed to give you a nessasary item, is there any kind of "NeverWinter Keeper" or somesuch? Something where I could either edit Zor's ear into my bag or drop the quest entire from my journal?
Any help would be great, this is just bugging me, and given the scripting of these games, it's going to keep happening.
((And come on Bioware, would it have really been that hard to script in;
Me: "Oh, about Zor. When I heard his story about being arrested cause he didn't take a dive in a gladiator fight, I decided to let him go.
Kendrick: "IDIOT! Get out of my sight! Incompetent adventurers letting criminals go. . .*mutter mutter*"
