When your Acrobatics skill is less than 40, you can receive training from the following NPCs:

• Quill-Weave (Anvil)
• Ida Vlinorman (Imperial City Elven Gardens District)

When your Acrobatics skill is between 40 and 70, you must seek further training from the following NPCs:

• Ganredhel (Cheydinhal)
• Tsrava (Leyawiin)

Once you've learned everything you can from the second tier trainers, speak with either of them about "Training" to learn that a master trainer exists that can teach you the most advanced techniques the skill has to offer. This professional acrobat's name is Aerin and you're told that she resides at a camp in the mountains of northeastern Cyrodiil.

Aerin's Camp can be found in County Cheydinhal, not far to the northeast of Lake Arrius. When you arrive, you'll find that the camp is more-or-less deserted, except for a man named Torbern. If you inquire about training to him, he claims that he's never even seen a woman named Aerin. However, it just so happens that he's also a master in Acrobatics, so he offers to give you the training you need in her absence. What a guy.
