To enlist the help of Bravil, chat with Count Regulus Terentius in Castle Bravil to learn that you have yet another Oblivion gate to take care of. The gate threatening Bravil is just to the northeast, so make your way there and clear out any opposition surrounding it.
As with the other gates, there are multiple ways to complete this level, but I'll provide you with the method I chose. Once inside, follow the path to the west (killing any daedra along the way), then move to the north across the barbed bridge and into the Caverns of the Abused not far beyond (be careful of the falling rocks outside the cave entrance). There are three different exits out of the caverns, but the one you want is the one leading into Blood Well. To reach this exit, go down the first two sloping tunnels and drop into the fiery pit in the room beyond (killing any daedra along the way). The door off to the east is the door you need to use in order to gain access to the Blood Well.
Wipe out the welcoming party awaiting you inside the Blood Well, then use the ascension lever for the corpse masher and ride it to the second floor of the well. Ascend the ramps until you reach the top floor, then hit the gate lever to open one of the Oblivion gates outside. Return to the second floor of the Blood Well and take the exit leading out in the wastes of Oblivion where the gate no longer impedes your progress. Destroy the daedra awaiting your arrival, then enter the Tower Portal into the Gore Steeple. At this point, things should start looking pretty familiar. The entire tower is a linear progress as you make your way between the Corridors of Dark Salvation, the Gore Steeple, and the Sigillum Sanguis while ascending the various ramps leading to its peak. As expected, another Sigil Stone rests at the top of the tower and pulling it from its resting spot closes the gate for good.
Make the quick trip back to the castle and speak with Regulus again. Now that the gate is closed, he agrees to send his guard captain Viera Lerus to Bruma's aid.
