Once you've entirely finished the game, the Vaultdweller will be unlocked and can be used in a new game. Unlike the other two unlockable characters, the Vaultdweller is not necessarily all that similar to the game's primary characters. He's supposed to be the original character from Vault 13 in Fallout 1, and is definitely the most powerful playable character in the game.

- +20% Bonus to Slayer
- +20% Bonus to Fortune Finder
- +100% Bonus to Heavy Hitter
