1 - Olaf's House, Olaf Whitebeard

Speak with the Olaf and ask about the axe (which is in the ground nearby). Then speak with the nearby axe and choose to suppress it, which enters you into battle against several creatures and gremlin towers. It's tougher than your average fight. When you've defeated all the towers and creatures, return to Olaf for the reward.
